Whether we like it or not, we’re all evolving.
Who I was at 20 isn’t who I was at 30—and thank God, not who I am today.

Growth doesn’t always show up as big wins or picture-perfect milestones. Sometimes it’s subtle: a quieter reaction, a stronger boundary, a deeper knowing of yourself. But it’s always there. Tugging at you. Calling you forward.

And yet, we don’t always take time to notice the journey we’re on.

Today, I want to invite you to do something powerful:
Pause and reflect across decades.

Because every decade—every season—has shaped you. And there’s wisdom waiting when you look back not with shame, but with love.

Who Were You at 20?

Maybe she was bright-eyed and curious.
Maybe she was unsure but pretending to have it all together.
Maybe she was chasing love, chasing validation, chasing a version of success that no longer fits.

What did she believe about herself?
What did she hope for?
What would you say to her now?

Who Were You at 30?

Maybe she was becoming. Stretching.
Balancing ambition and exhaustion.
Learning to say no. Learning to say yes to herself.

Maybe this was the decade of survival, or reinvention, or the start of something sacred.

Who helped shape her?
What did she release?
What did she begin to reclaim?

Who Are You Now?

Maybe now you’re grounded—maybe still figuring it out.
But you’re here.
You’re still standing.
You’re asking better questions.
You’re dreaming again—not the old dreams of “proving,” but new ones rooted in wholeness.

You’ve earned your wisdom. You’ve earned your boundaries.
You’ve earned your joy.

And the beauty is—you’re not done becoming.
